It's very easy to send a tape to us. After you submit your order, we will instantly send you an order confirmation email that will contain our mailing address and a summary of your information. All we need is a copy of the email you receive with your tape and we take it from there!

If you would like us to use a shipping method other than USPS First-Class Mail to return your tape, please use our Alternate Shipping Order Forms.

If you have multiple videotapes to send in, please fill out one order form per tape. While you may ship your tapes to us in the same package, we need detailed instructions for them individually so that we can fulfill your requests for each one exactly.
