Unlike automated transfer factories, our process is actively monitored by dedicated technicians who adjust tracking and signals to extract the absolute clearest picture from your decades‑old magnetic tape. Whether your media requires specialized repair or is ready to play as-is, we deliver digital files that meet strict archival standards.

Data File Conversions (USB / Hard Drive)
The modern standard for editing, sharing, and cloud backup. Once your footage is captured, we convert it to a high-quality data file (.mp4, .mov, etc.). To maintain our uncompressed quality standards, the primary delivery method is a USB thumb drive or external hard drive to avoid reducing footage quality. You may provide your own drive, or we can provide an appropriately sized drive at cost.
Highest quality conversions are standard.

Archival DVD Transfers
The classic physical backup. Easy to play, easy to store. We use Taiyo Yuden archival discs and deliver DVD‑Video files without DRM or copyright protection, so you can easily "rip" the footage to your computer or make additional copies later if desired.

$29 per tape (Only $17.40 with the 40% Repair Discount!)
Additional copies: $9.50 each.
The "Rule of Three" Backup Bundle
Protect your irreplaceable footage by storing it in at least three formats. DVDs can scratch and drives can be lost- this bundle gives you redundancy: the original tape, an archival DVD, and a data file.
Includes both the Archival DVD and the USB Data File conversion.

Instant Cloud Access & Sharing (Add-On Service for Data File Conversions)

We deliver high-quality master files (often >5GB/hour) rather than heavily compressed clips, giving you the absolute best archival quality.
